Erin Henry | Founder/Director Children’s Charter for Compassion
Erin Henry is the married mother of two extraordinary children: 8-year-old son Max, and 5-year-old daughter Quinn.
Erin created the Children’s Charter for Compassion and related activity book. The work was directly inspired by Karen Armstrong and the launch of the Charter for Compassion following the World Peace Summit in Vancouver, Canada, September 2009. There was immense anticipation for a document detailing the implementation of the Golden Rule and which focussed on compassionate behaviour around the world; it was desperately needed for both adults and children. The Children’s Charter for Compassion was created for young people, with an emphasis on educating and guiding youth to achieve compassion in their daily lives, and to strive for world peace through kindness toward themselves and to others.

This is WONDERFUL! I just joined the Partner Network for the Charter for Compassion and was drawn to your video as I explored the site.
I am anxious to start working with children and youth via Wishadoo!, with projects to put compassion, empathy and love into action within our communities. I am going to follow the links now to learn more.
Kudos…and blessings to you and yours…
